A Comment Box For Your Website
HTML Comment Box is an easy wasy for your website to receive, and optionally approve/delete comments from your visitors. You can see an example Comment Box at the bottom of this page.
Just one easy step:
- Paste the following lines of html Comment Box code near the bottom of your web page's HTML source, and voila! You have a working comments box!
Options
Copy the code above after selecting these options the way you want them.
Moderate Your Comments: Log in to your Google account before copying the above code if you want to be able to delete unwanted comments you receive.
Choose a skin (preview applied to box at the bottom of page)
Number of Comments to show at once (per page. 5 to 25 is best.)
(+) Page URL... (required for Google Sites)
URL of your webpage (optional).

The url you enter here will identify your comments, so if you change this URL, you will lose your comments!

Put Comment Box At Top (otherwise it appears below the comments).
Use watermark labels (faded labels in text fields).
Show Submission Date of Comments
Gravatar Show avatar thumbnails from gravatar.com
Profanity Filter (filters many curse words from submitted comments.)
Show RSS Feed of comments.
Show website field beside Comment Box.
email field
Allow Replies.
Visitors are mailed replies. best with email field.
Ignore Query String (comments shared among pages with URLS the same before the '?').
Only I can comment useful if you want to close a thread.
Show entire site's comments, ie for "recent comments" feed on your homepage.
